Terms and Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to confirm all bookings. All quoted prices are estimates and may be subject to change based on the dog’s coat condition, size, or the desired grooming

For mobile grooming services, I require a level parking space with easy access to the property. I will also need access to a 13Amp socket for my 25m extension lead. If suitable parking is not available upon arrival, the full grooming fee will be charged.

If mobile grooming is not suitable for your location, I also offer drop-off grooming appointments at an alternative location.

All dogs are groomed at the owner’s risk. Any pre-existing health conditions must be disclosed prior to the appointment.

Cancellations and Charges:

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid losing your deposit. If cancellations are made with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. If cancellations are made with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the total grooming fee will be charged.

 

If I arrive and am unable to complete the groom due to circumstances beyond my control, the full grooming fee will still apply.
 

Matting Policy:
I will not attempt to brush out matting, as this can cause unnecessary discomfort to the dog. If clipping is required, the owner will be made aware of the associated risks. An additional charge of £10-£20 will apply for removing matting to cover the cost of maintaining and sharpening equipment. The final cost will depend on the severity of the matting.

 

Fleas and Pet Health:
Dogs presented with fleas may either be bathed in a flea-repellent shampoo (containing natural ingredients) or rescheduled, depending on the severity. If I am unable to complete the groom due to fleas or pet illness, the full grooming fee will be charged.
If a flea bath is possible, an additional charge of £10-£20 will be added to the total grooming price to cover the costs of cleaning equipment and fumigating the salon.

Time Slot Flexibility:
As a mobile dog groomer, it is difficult to provide precise time slots due to travel distances, traffic, and individual pet needs. Appointment times may vary on the day. Please try to be available within an hour of the given time slot. If I am running late or early, I will do my best to contact you with a more accurate time. If you require a stricter time slot, please request to be my first appointment of the day.
